Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
The product has been used or worn in a way that poses potential hygiene risks.
The product is damaged or shows signs of wear, other than manufacturing defects.
Products have been customized or tailored to your specifications.
Important Note: To ensure customer satisfaction, we allow the product to be tested once for sizing or fit purposes. However, the product must remain in pristine, resalable condition. Products used on mannequins or in similarly controlled conditions may also be eligible for return.
